Website Technical Problems
Please email
Support@HomeSchoolOutlet.com to inform us of any errors that you may have
encountered on HSO. Please be as detailed as possible when describing how the
error occurred so we may be able to duplicate the problem and promptly resolve
it. For instances,
- indicate which page you were on when you encountered the error
- what keystrokes you entered or mouse actions you clicked to
receive the error
- list any error messages/codes you received after the error
occurred.

We will address them as soon as possible. We want to make HSO an error-proof
site for all to enjoy.
Non-Responsive Seller
If a seller is not responding to your email requests, then the seller may
have sold the item you are interested in or has discontinued using the email
address provided. We recommend you locate the same item of interest that is
posted by a different seller. Please provide us with the non-responsive seller’s
name or email address. We will look into the matter as soon as possible. If
necessary, we will remove the non-responsive seller from the website. Thank you
